Q. At what level of membership can I join

A. You can only join as a student or associate member

 

Q. How do I upgrade to member?

A. Once you are an associate you can download upgrade forms from members area of website   http://www.the-eps.org/about-us/membership-upgrade/

 

Q. How do I login?

A. Your username is your surname. Password your membership number  N.B.This will be the default password at time of joining if you have changed this but have forgotten details you will need to phone office 08456009587

 

Q. Why have I not received my membership card?

A. All cards are sent out on receipt of membership fees. Please check that your membership fee     is up to date.

 

Q. Can I change my method of payment?

A. Yes but you will need to phone HQ to change this

 

Q. Can I renew my membership online by card?

A. Yes, if you have paid by credit card previously otherwise you will need to phone office as card payments can be taken over phone.

 

Q. Why can I not login?

A. Please check that your membership fee is up to date

 

Q. Do you have corporate membership?

A. No only individual membership

 

Q Can membership be transferred?

A. No you will need to email the office to cancel a membership and then join as a new member online.

 

Q. How do I change my details?

A. You will need to go to website www.the-eps.org  and login then change details under ‘my Profile.These details will then be updated at headoffice and branch level                                      

 

Q. Can I change my branch?

A. Yes this can be done under ‘my profile’
