Resilience Programme
The University of Ulster have recently announced a new Business Resilience Programme (leading to the MSc in Executive Leadership) which will start in April 2010. This
two-year, part-time strategic development initiative is structured around eight modules each delivered over 3days by
faculty from University of Ulster and partner consultants. Guest lecturers will provide additional expertise. The programme
is highly practical and is designed to promote changes in behaviours and attitudes that will lead to performance
improvement within the supporting organisations. The 3-day workshops take place every 6-8 weeks.
An integral part of the programme is a one-week study visit to Boston College. For further information please contact Joy
