Regional Branches - South Western
The South West Branch includes the area from Gloucester to Bournemouth, from Swindon to the Isles of Scilly. This area of some 1025 square miles includes the Counties of Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Wiltshire, Somerset and Gloucestershire and the Unitary Authorities of Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Plymouth and Torbay.
We have more than 190 members drawn from a wide background of agencies and organisations. Members include representatives from Industry, Military, Emergency Services, Scientists and Academics, Consultancy Organisations as well as from Local Authorities.
Representatives from the Branch are involved with EPS Professional Working Groups and on other National groups relative to the work undertaken by emergency managers.
