Regional Branches - Current Activities


Activities of West Midlands Branch

Events scheduled in the autumn are as follows:-

Saturday 9 October       Visit, in conjunction with the MACPS, to Powis Castle Gardens (NT), lunch at the Royal Oak Hotel, and a journey on the steam-hauled Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway, returning to Welshpool at 1645hrs.

18 October (pm)            Membership Development Seminar at Chasewater Innovation Centre, Brownhills (1330 - 1630hrs approximately)

21 October (pm)            Policing & Public Order – presentation by Staffordshire Police (Town Hall, East Staffordshire BC, Burton upon Trent)

12 November                BBC Mailbox visit, and presentation on Connecting in a Crisis (1100 -1300hrs approximately)

2 December                  Consultation workshop on the Draft National Critical Infrastructure Plan, including CCS representative(s) (Marmion House, Tamworth BC) (1100 – 1300hrs approximately)
