BC Planning
In keeping with BS25999, our services reflect the developing stages of instigating Business Continuity Lifecycle Management. These are Risk Identification and Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Strategy Development, Plan Development, Training and Exercises, and Plan Review. In partnership with our clients we develop either a single element of the lifecycle or the complete process.
BC Training Courses
Needhams 1834 offers a range of high quality BCI approved training courses that can be delivered either in our Central London Training Suite or at a client’s premises. We are also in partnership with Cabinet Office, The Emergency Planning College and Selex to provide Gold Standard training for Category 1 and Category 2 responders under the Civil Contingencies Act.
Exercises and Rehearsals
Needhams 1834 has extensive experience of running the complete spectrum of Crisis Management exercises for clients involved in a wide variety of sectors. We have designed and implemented some of the most complex and detailed exercises involving Ministerial to Bronze level participants running over a number of days.

· This unique forum is open to all business continuity practitioners, and combines a whole day exercise, with information on the skills and resources that you need to prosecute a successful incident response.
· Lectures will run throughout the day on leadership and crisis command, information handling and triage, dealing with emergency services, commercial partners and the press – as well as a series of technical briefings on how to exploit and utilise the tools and resources at your disposal.
