  • Why have I not received my membership card?

    All cards are sent out on receipt of membership fees. Please check that your membership fee is up to date. From January 2017 you will be issued one card for life, if you lose your card please contact Head Office and they will issue a replacement.

  • At what level of membership can I join?

    The entry level is student or associate member, if you feel you fill the required lever for Member status please contact Head Office.

  • Can I change my branch?

    Yes this can be done under the 'My Account' section once you are logged in.

  • Can I change my method of payment?

    Yes, but you will need to phone HQ on 01347 821972 to change this.

  • Can I renew my membership online by card?

    Yes, you can pay by credit/debit card online by logging in to website.

  • Can membership be transferred?

    No. You will need to e-mail the office to cancel the membership and then join as a new member online.

  • How can I provide feedback on the new website?

  • How do I change my details?

    You will need to go to website login, then change details under 'My Account'.

  • How do I login?

    Your password is your membership number N.B. This will be the default password at time of joining if you have changed this but have forgotten details you will need to phone the office on 01347 821972.

  • How do I upgrade to member?

    Once you are an associate member you can download the upgrade form from the resources section.

  • Why can I not login?

    Please check that your membership fee is up to date and that your contact details are up-to-date. If you feel you should be able to login please contact providing your full name, contact number and, if you have one to hand, your membership number.
